C305 Pebble Beach Resort
Beautiful Ocean views!
C305 Pebble Beach is a beautiful Oceanview unit. This unit has a new kitchen that is an original to Pebble Beach. Other condo kitchens at Pebble Beach are u-shaped with a bar/peninsula area. This kitchen features an island, creating two entrances to the kitchen, and enabling you to actually see the ocean all the way from the kitchen! (Cabinets block your view in all other units!)
C305 has 3 bedrooms. The Master is on one end of the condo, while the other two bedrooms are on the other end. (This makes sharing with another family easy, as both families have private sleeping areas.) The Master has a queen bed and a private bathroom. It shares a balcony with the living area, and has beautiful ocean views. There is cable TV in the Master.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a cable TV. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are accessed through a hallway, with a door that can close off this living area. They share a hall bath and also share a balcony which overlooks the tennis courts. The washer & dryer are in a laundry closet in the hallway.
The living room features a 42" flatscreen TV and an electric fireplace, also unique to Pebble Beach (wonderful for fall and winter vacations). You will love the bright beachy colors of this condo, and the small touches that make it special (such as the ceiling fan that is painted to match the valances.) There is a table for two in the living area. It is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while gazing out the window at the beautiful blue ocean, or for a romantic dinner for two. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the den.
The dining area has table seating for four, with additional island seating for three. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a microwave.
The carpet in C305 was newly installed in the spring of 2010!
